Schedule for Assessments and Data Collection

Click on the links below to see the instruments in the electronic CRFs. Data collection is conducted using one eCRF per visit. Investigators are provided with links to the eCRFs, one for each visit. The instruments constituting the eCRF for each visit are displayed in the tables below. The eCRFs are identical for the two arms, with the only exception of the eCRF for month 12.
